Important win for Kozuv

KK Blokotehna continues with the good form in Macedonian league. The Gevgelija team hosted Vardar and had no trouble to win 98-76 at home. The hosts won all four quarter and were steadily building their advantage. After ten minutes the difference was already 11 points and was going up after that.

Goran Glavchev was the top scorer for the win with 19 points. Bojo Djumic did well with 15 and 8 rebounds as Petar Nikolikj had 14 points.

In the meantime KK Kozuv took a very important away victory at Kumanovo. The Gevgelija team won 79-73 in a decisive clash for the Top 6 in the standings. Kozuv started very well and took a 7-point lead after ten minutes. After that the visitors managed to hold on to a slim lead and in the end managed to keep it.

Igor Kesar was the top scorer for the win with 23 points as Nikola Karakolev added 16.

Currently Blokotehna is tied for first place with 13 wins and 2 defeats but also has a game more than Rabotnicki who has just 1 loss. As for Kozuv the team moved in to 6th position with 8-7 record.
