TFT managed to stop the winning run of Akademik

KK TFT took revenge from Akademik Plovdiv for the loss at home 10 days ago. The Skopje team took 86-81 victory away from home and handed the first defeat of its opponent. With it the North Macedonian side moves to 2-2 in the standings while Akademik is now at 4-1. Tomorrow TFT will visit Beroe while Akademik's next game is on December 1st away at Ironi Nahariya.

It was the second quarter in which the visitors took control of the game. They won it and managed to take a 5-point advantage over the hosts. After that the difference wasn't so big but the visitors were leading without allowing Akademik to overcome them. In the final ten mimnutes TFT stayed in front at the end held on for an important win.

Andrej Maslinko was the top scorer for the winners with 18 points as he also added 6 rebounds. Strahil Nikolov also did well with 15 points as Aleksandar Kostoski had 12 and 9 assists.

The hosts were led by Anthony Gugino who had 22 points and 10 rebounds for a double-double. Nikolay Nikolov also did well with 17 and 8 as Tomislav Minkov scored 12 points.
