Delasport Balkan League welcomes its first Greek female referee

The Delasport Balkan League is proud to welcome its first Greek female referee to the family.

Eirinita Tsantali partnered with Ioannis Agrafiotis and Stavros Evfraimidis for the game in Stara Zagora between Beroe and Budivelnyk.

Tsantali is an international referee, born and raised in Thessaloniki.

She was involved with basketball as an athlete from 2003 to 2017. The same time, she started refereeing in 2014 at the local level initially and in 2017 she was evaluated as a National Category Referee.

In 2019, Tsantali was promoted to the 2nd National Men's category and in the A1 Women's category. In 2021, she was evaluated as an International Referee, obtaining the FIBA ??Green License.
