An important win for Feni

       KK Feni Industries climbed on the top in Group A of the EUROHOLD Balkan League, after they attained an away victory over KK Mornar in Bar - 88:69. This was Feni`s fifth win, and they are 5-2 now, while Mornar are 3-4 and the Montenegrin side will contend with Spartak Pleven for the last place, which give chance to play in the quarter-final round.The game started with a hard defense from Macedonian representative, as the first quarter finished 19:11 for Fen. In the second period Mornar succeed to reduce their trail to 4 points 38:42 at halftime.
        In the third quarter the difference still was between 5 and 8 points for Feni and after 30 minutes of play the result was 53:61. Very strong last period, helped Macedonian runner-up to increase their lead and to settle the final score 69:88.
        Feni`s key player was again the center Dusan Knezevic, as he finished with 18 points and 9 rebounds. Newcomer Darko Sokolov added 14 points and 6 boards, while Eftim Bogoev ended with 11 points and 6 assists for the winners. Vasilije Seferovic from the opposite side was the best scorer on the field with 27 points. Only one more Mornar player get on double digit points - Djordje Gagic finished with 10.
       In the next round, Mornar are visiting OKK  in Beograd, while Feni will host Steaua Turabo in "Jasmin" hall.
