Domestic leagues: Timisoara with a win against the champion

The Romanian participant in the 2011/2012 EUROHOLD Balkan League - BC Timisoara achieved a big win in the latest round of the local league in Romania. Predrag Badnjarevic′s boys defeated the defending champion of the country - U-Mobitelco Cluj Napoca and after the 72:71 win they are standing on the first place in the table.   Bogdan Popescu had an outstanding perfomance in the win - 24 points and 6 rebounds. Sime Spralija scored 16 points, Zlatko Jovanovic had 12 and Dominique Archie finished with 11.   After this win Timisoara stay on the first spot in the standings with a balance of 15-2.
