Domestic leagues: Kozuv defeated Kumanovo to keep the second place

Kozuv defeated Kumanovo 2009 at home and continues to hold on to its second place in the Superleague. The team won 91-86 and now has 6 wins and 2 losses and is behind only the champions MZT Skopje.
Kozuv led 26-16 after ten minutes but at the halftime break the visitors cut their deficit to jsut 3 points. However in the third quarter Kozuv pulled away and held on to the advantage until the end.
The trio Dimitar Karadjovski, Slobodan Bozovic and Miladin Pekovic had a total of 48 points for the winners as Bozovic finished with 16 points and 10 rebounds for a double double.
For the visitors Aleksandar Kostoski had 29 points and 10 rebounds while Uros Lukovic added 18 and 8. After 8 rounds Kumanovo is with 2 wins and 6 defeats.
