Domestic leagues: Kozuv wins a thriller, Kumanovo missed a chance to defeat the champions

KK Kozuv recorded a thrilling win in the second round of Macedonian Superleague. The team hosted KK Lirija and took a dramatic 94-93 overtime victory.    The hero for Kozuv was Slaven Cupkovic. He scored three straight three-pointers in the last 25 seconds, including one at the buzzer and gave his team the victory. Kozuv was down by 5 points but Cupkovic had the final say. He finished with 30 points.     KK Kumanovo 2009 had a good chance to defeat the champions MZT Skopije but lost 76-77 at home. With 48 seconds to go the hosts cut the deficit to just a single point but then MZT scored two free throws. The hosts missed their next offense and the visitors increased their lead to 4 points before a three-pointer at the buzzer set up the final score.   Vukasin Mandic had 24 points for Kumanovo while Uros Lukovic also had 24 and added 13 rebounds.
