Rilski Sportist through to the final at the home tournament

Rilski Sportist is through to the final in the friednly tournament the team is hosting. The club from Samokov defeated Greak side Dramas 103-86 and will meet Lukoil Academic for the trophy.    In the first 25 minutes the game was close with both teams scoring a lot. In the final 15 though it was Rilski that scored more especially in the last quarter. With good play at the end of the third the team went up by 9 points and with a few triples in the fourth increased its advantage.   Vernon Taylor was the top scorer for the winners with 21 points while Tony Gugino added 20.
