Limassol crowd ignites PAYBL EKA AEL into the big final

The host of the 2024 Final 4 in Delasport Balkan League PAYBL EKA AEL flew into the big championship game after an amazing semifinal win 99-94 against KB Peja.

The match was super exciting and close and offered great emotions to Limassol fans.

In the final game on Sunday AEL will play Sigal Prishtina, and KB Peja will have the bronze medal game against KK Lovcen.

A strong third quarter decided it in favor of AEL, but besides that, Peja was keeping its opponent on its toes.

The first quarter went through a couple of lead changes and ties, and in the second with a good run Kosovo team went ahead by 7.

Before the break, AEL again tied it, before finishing 49-50 the halftime.

After the game restarted, the hosts had a 10-2 run to deny Peja and then another run made it first double-digit lead in the game.

Peja continued the fight to the last moment, getting close and cutting the lead to just 4 in the last period, but AEL held the fourth.

Kyran Mcclure had 29 points for the win, Jordan Sheperd and Tyrn Flowers had 18 each, Flowers added 11 rebounds also.

Four Peja players contributed almost all the points for the team, with Deandre Davis a top scorer with 24. Larry Thomas had 23 and Jimmy Hall - 22.
