Srdjan Jekovic annouced as OKK′s new head coach

After Vlado Djurovic took an internatinal engagemen, the management of OKK Beograd decided to promotie Srdjan Jekovic as head coach. Coach Jekovic will have on his benchas assistants Marko Boras and Tomislav Tomovic with medical staff Doctor Gligorije Babovic and physiotherapeutic - Marko Djurkovic.

Srdjan Jekovic was born October 17, 1969 in Cacak. During his playing career he played for Zeleznicar Cacak, Borac Cacak, Kolubara Lazarevac, IMT Beopetrol, AZS Torun from Poland, SC Lusitania from Portugal and Prolupac from Prokuplje.

He started his coaching career in AS Basket Beograd, and after that continued in Kolubara Lazarevac as head coach. He was assistant in KK Crvena Zvezda and in the junior team of Mega Vizura. Two times was head coach of Belgrade selection on international tournaments.
