KB Sigal Prishtina is through to the next stage in EUROHOLD Balkan League. The team defeated KK Sutjeska 99-92 at home and recorded its third straight win in group D. That puts them on 3-2 record which is good enough to secure them a place in the best six teams. They will now try to get the first position in the group but that depends also on other results. Sutjeska on other hand is out from the competition as the team is now with 1-4 record. Even if they are tied with Rilski Sportist the Bulgarians holds the tie-breaker advantage so the team from Niksic is certainly out. The gym in Prishtina was full and the fans created a very good atmosphere.

With 11-0 run after the middle of the first quarter the visitors took a 10-point advantage. With less than three minutes played in the second quarter the hosts cut their deficit to 3 but Sutjeska responded with 13-0 and suddenly went up by 16 points. However the home team reacted until the break and the difference went down to 9.

With 2.20 played in the third quarter the visitors led by 10 points. In that moment Sigal made an 8-0 run and cut the gap to 2 and a few minutes later Dardan Berisha tied the score. After 30 minutes the team remained tied and the game had to be decided after.

The teams continued to fight hard in the fourth quarter and with Sutjeska leading by 2, Bojan Trajkovski scored two straight triples to put Sigal up by 5 points with 4.50 minutes to play. Then with 2.30 to go the lead went to 8 points after Edin Bavcic scored 5 in a row. Then the visitors made a basket but Bavcic responded with a three-pointer and decided the game.

The hosts made 12 triples from 22 attempts while the visitors were 10 of 36.

Another great game for Sigal had Dardan Berisha who finished with 37 points, 8 assists and 6 rebounds. Edin Bavcic added 25 points and 8 rebounds while Jordan Hulls had 15 points, 7 rebounds and 5 assists.

For the visitors Radosav Spasojevic had 24 points and 7 rebounds as Nikola Pavlicevic finished with 20 points and 11 assits.
