From the new season Konstantin Papazov will no longer be a head coach but will work in a management position at the new club Levski 2014. Today it was clear that they are accepted to be a part of the Balkan League, Papazov gave an interview for the official website:   "For me it′s absolutely normal and natural for Levski 2014 to participate in BIBL and the team that we have and the goals that we have ahead of us, respond exactly to this. Balkan League guarantees us a lot of games and I′m strongly hoping that we′ll be good enough to play until the end although there is a strong favourite like Sigal Prishtina. I′m convinced that for the development of our players, the participation in Balkan League is a good one.   It′s not a secret that Balkan League has always been open to each team and in the same time Levski 2014 is a name that will bring more interest to the competition. The new system gives good opportunity for a lot of games. I didn′t have any doubts whether we should play in the league and I can only be grateful to the management of the competition in the face of Mr. Assen Christov and the whole team of the Balkan League who supported us and helped us in a moment when we need them the most.   I′m convinced that for the young players it will be a challenge. Yes, it′s not easy and there are a lot of trip. We are going to enter in a regime of two games per week but this is also a reason why we are going to have a deeper roster, to have 16 players and for each game to have a lot of young player in 12-man roster. I′m sure that for us it was the best decision. We also had an offer to play in the new FIBA tournament but for our team, for the potential we have and for our young players, the best school is named Balkan League.   I think that Sigal Prishtina is a really strong team. Undoubtedly the Kosovo basketball has grown up a lot so I can include Peja as well to be a good team. Knowing also the qualities of Lubo Minchev, the ambitions of Vasil Kifev and after seeing the roster, Beroe will have serious goals. I think that those four teams are the ones with best potential. In the same time I cannot underestimate for a moment the teams from Montenegro and Macedonia. They are representatives of former Yugoslavia and have always been very good competitors despite playing mostly with young players."
