Domestic leagues: Beroe lost to Rilski, Levski 2014 wins after a comeback

BC Beroe′s run of 5 straight wins in Bulgarian league came to an end. The team from Stara Zagora lost 75-85 away to Rilski Sportist which moved it down to fourth place. Both teams share the same record 12-6 but Rilski have the advantage in the direct games.

Beroe led after one but until the break the hosts turned around the score. Then they led until the end. Beroe cut to 3 but Rilski managed to hold on and take the win.

Tihomir Zhelev had 18 points for Beroe while Ashton Moore added 13.

Elsewhere Levski 2014 stopped its run of four straight defeats after downing Yambol 90-75 at home. The Blues were down by 7 at the break but 25-1 run in the third quarter gave them the win.

Aleks Simeonov finished with 18 points, 11 rebounds and 5 assists while Stanislav Slaveykov scored 17 points.
