Blokotehna handed first loss to Rilski sportist

Blokotehna surprised Rilski sportist in Samokov and handed them first loss for the season in SIGAL-UNIQA Balkan League - 87-64.

That way after the 7th round both teams are now standing equal on top with 5-1 record.

Blokotehna had the better start of the game in Samokov and that proved to be the key. Despite not allowing the lead to be increased a lot by halftime, the second half was again in favor of the visiting team.

Blokotehna upped the lead to 20 points and controlled the game until the end.

Danilo Mijatovic was topscorer with 20 points and 5 players of Blokotehna scored in double digits.

Travis Taylor had 17 points and 5 rebounds for Rilski sportist.
