BC Levski Lukoil managed to take advantage after the first game against SK Tirana. The Blues won 73-67 away after a great second half and are going home with a good lead. The second match is in one week time in Sofia.

It was a low scoring first period but still Levski was leading. The Blues went up by 7 points but the hosts finished the quarter on a 6-0 run to close the gap. In the second things changed as Tirana started better. The Albanians did well early to take the lead and then after finishing the half on a 10-2 run managed to take a double-digit advantage in to the break.

Tirana kept playing well after the start of the second half and the team was holding on to its good advantage. That however was until Levski finished the third quarter on an 11-0 run which cut the deficit to just a single point. Then shortly after the fourth period started the visitors scored 8 straight points to go up by 6 and managed to held on to that advantage until the end.

Nemanja Milosevic was the top scorer for the winners with 24 points. Hristo Nikolov did well with 17 points as Stanimir Marinov had 15, 9 rebounds and 4 assists.

The hosts were again led by Endrit Hysenagolli who finished with 23 points and 7 rebounds. Charles Strowbridge added 15 points as Gerti Shima had 12, 10 rebounds and 6 assists.
