The head coach of Hapoel Holon - Stefanos Dedas was really happy after his team won the title in Delasport Balkan League. The Greek didn't hide it after the game with Akademik Plovdiv and added that to win this competition was really really hard for number of reasons as reported by Israeli website One.co.il:

"We are proud to add another title for the club. It was really difficult. FIBA Europe Cup perhaps has the bigger name than the Balkan League but this competition was stronger. There were 12 of the best Israeli teams, except Maccabi, and we had to overcome Hapoel Eilat, Ironi Ness Ziona, Hapoel Tel Aviv and Hapoel Gilboa Galil. It was a really strong competition and our path here was really difficult.

We won the game thanks to our defensive effort in the last 15 minutes. We didn't underestimate our opponent. They are not at our level but they are a really good team. We won and that's important for our club."
