BC Beroe has strengthened its roster before the last game of Stage 1 in Delasport Balkan League. The Stara Zagora team signed Jordan Burns who will fill the void left by Abrom who left two months ago.

Burns is coming from the NBA G League where he played for Austin Spurt and Maine Celtics. In total he took part in 12 games averaging 4.5 points and 0.9 assists in 14.6 minutes per game.  Before that experience Burns was a part of Colgate University where he played four seasons. In his last one he averaged 16.8 points and 5.1 assists in 16 games and was elected All-Patriot League Player of the year.

Burns will be able to make his Beroe debut already tomorrow in the hugely important game against TFT. That however will happen only if he receives the LOC in time before the game. The Stara Zagora team will need to win by at least 11 points in order to advance to Stage 2 so they are hoping that the new American point guard will help.
