Lack of funding stop BC Budivelnyk

Unfortunately and by surprise last night the Sports Director of DelaSport Balkan League received the official information from BC Budivelnyk management that because of "lack of funding BC Budivelnyk will stop to participate in the Balkan League tournament".

The information was sent 24 hours before the club had to fly to Bulgaria to participate in the games of the regular season on THU 21.03.23 against KB PEJA and on THU 23.03.23 against BC BEROE.

As a result of the decision of BC Budivelnyk, all the future games of the club are canceled.

The management of BIBL will act and proceed according to the regulations of the league and after consulting with FIBA and Ukrainian Basketball Federation.

The remaining games of the season will be played according to the updated program including the Final Four.
