Convincing start for KB Peja in Delasport Balkan League

KB Peja had a good start to the season in Delasport Balkan League. The last joined team to the league won at home 83-69 against KK Lovcen in a competitive matchup.

In a close first half of the game, Lovcen had its moments and didn't let Peja cut ahead.

The break came at 38-33 leaving all to be decided in the second half.

The hosts came out of the locker room on fire and had a smashing 19-0 run.

That did not put an end to Lovcen hopes for a comeback and the Montenegrin team managed to cut it to just 6 points at the beginning of the last quarter.

KB Peja was not ready to lose it all and stopped the run of the visiting team to finish strong.

Sadio Doucuore had a great performance with 24 points, Meriton Ismaili added 16, and Justin Davies - 15.

Daniel Hornbuckle had 17 for Lovcen.
