The Three guest teams – KB Peja, KB Sigal Prishtina and KK Lovcen that participated in DELASPORT Balkan League 16th final event, which took place in Cyprus in Limassol hosted by PAYABL EKA AEL.

The referee’s crew, our guests, and me. I would like to send you a big thank you. To your

people to the “Task Force” led by Lubomira and Pambos. To George, Thomas, Andria, Alexandros, and all other team members who support and help to bring this great 16th Final Four to this top level of organization and one of the best and most interesting basketball games in the history of BIBL.

In those 2 nights, the four teams showed a high level of basketball and provided all a great basketball weekend to the spectators and the basketball fans in our region.

The organization the hospitality, the media coverage, the security force, all under your leadership was in high level and in the most professional way that help us, the league to provide to all a great Sport and Basketball event that will be remember for years to come.

This is the place to send a warm congratulations to KB Sigal Prishtina Coaches, Players and team members, for wining the third title of the Balkan League after a very hard fight against the host PAYABLEKA AEL which also deserves big respect for the way that they played in this great basketball game. ToKB Peja and KK Lovcen did the best in every game and were very important part in this amazing Final Four. To the officiating crew that provides in the games a high level of officiating, brave, fair, and correct, giving to each team the same possibility to win. They provide and protect our way in BIBL from day one, from season 2008 -2009 “May the best team to win.”

My dear friend Michael. Your devotion and love to EKA AEL Limassol is endless and you deserve from all of us the biggest respect you are a true Gentleman and hopefully, we will have people like you in our basketball world. Again, thank you for everything and I hope that Cyprus Basketball Federation and PAYABL EKA AEL we will continue with very good cooperation in the future, starting in season 2024 -25 the 17 seasons of the Balkan League.
