The season in EUROHOLD Balkan League finished over a month ago but we still can′t forget the great final to the competition. Samokov hosted the Final 4 and in the last game Galil Gilboa won a great match in double overtime against Levski. To remind us of everything that happened here are some photos from the tournament in Samokov that was held between 19th and 21st of April.

Kozuv is now down 0-2 in the final series of the local championship. At home in Gevgelijva the team lost 81-89 to MZT Skopje and their opponent is now just two wins away from winning the title.
Kozuv started very well and had a 17-7 lead in the middle of the first quarter. However MZT managed to cut the deficit and in the second quarter mover in front and even built a 13-point advantage. Kozuv didn′t give up and with an 8-0 run cut the gap to just a single points. MZT though responded with 11 unanswered points and sealed the victory.
Miladin Pekovic had 17 points for Kozuv as Slobodan Bozovic added 13.

Kozuv lost the first final game in the local championship against MZT Skopje. The team from Gevgeljia played away in the first match and was defeated 57-73.
With 11-0 run right after the start Kozuv took an 11-3 lead. The team was in front for a lot of time but at the end of the first half the score was tied. The second one started with a triple by the visitors but MZY responded with an 8-0 run and from then on the hosts didn′t look back.
Dimitar Karadjovski had 11 points for Kozuv as Kiril Pavlovski scored 9.

Levski is through to the final of the local championship after a dramatic home win against Balkan. The Blues won the fifth game of the semifinals 80-76 and will play against Lukoil Academic for the title.
After the first half Levski led by 21 points but Balkan played great in the second and with less than four minutes to play they even took a 7-point lead. However Levski responded with a 9-0 run before the visitors once again went up by a point. In the final moments Marko Marinovic scored and then his team managed to keep its small lead.
Marinovic was the top scorer with 25 points and 6 assists while Nemanja Protic added 14 points.
Rilski Sportist missed a great chance to reache the final after losing the 5th and decisive game to Lukoil Academic 84-86 away. The team from Samokov had a lead of 20 points at the start of the second quarter and led for the whole time. With three minutes to go the team was up by 9 and with 1.30 to play the score was tied. Lukoil then went up by 2 points and with 2 seconds to go Hristo Zahariev had a chance to tie the game. He scored only one free throw and it was enough for Lukoil to win.
Terry Smith had 24 points for Rilski while Branko Mirkovic added 17, 6 rebounds and 5 assists.

KK Kozuv will play its first final ever in the local league. The team defeated Rabotnicki 78-72 at home and won the semifinal series 3-1. The club from Gevgelija will meet the champions MZT Skopje in the final.
The hosts had a good start and pulled away. In the third quarter they led by 24 points and at the end of it by 20. However the last quarter started with 13-0 run for the visitors but the gap was just too much and Kozuv sealed the win in the final minutes.
Igor Mijalovic was the top scorer for the winners with 19 points as 13 added Darko Radulovic.
