Hrisimir Dimitrov and Rob Preston will be able to play until the end of the season in the EUROHOLD Balkan League. That became clear, after the Board of the League took this decision.
 
Dimitrov and Preston started the season with Spartak Pleven, but left the team, as Dimitrov signed with Euroins Cherno More and Preston moved to Rilski Sportist Samokov. The Board of the League decided to make an exception and let them continue compete in the BIBL for their new teams, even though they have already played for Spartak.
 
Meanwhile, Rilski Sportist signed the guard Jane Petrovski.
