Aleksandar Radojevic scored the first 4 points for Rilski, as they held a 2:4 lead 1.30 into the  opening quarter.  Vladimir Brchkov gave the home side their first lead of the game with a three for 5:4. Dusan Knezevic made it to 7:4 with a jumpshot. Darko Sokolov made a three to extend the team’s run to 8:0 and the score was now 10:4. Rileco tied the game at 13:13 after scoring 7 unanswered points with 3.30 left.  Slobodan Mihajlovski scored 4 points in a row to give Feni a 21:15 lead with 1.15 left. Dimitar Karadjovski set the score at 21:17 after 10 minutes of play.
 
Feni started the second quarter with a 5:0 run after baskets by Samardziev and Stojanovski. Gjurov gave his team their first double-digit lead – 27:17. Samardziev scored another three for 30:17 with 7.30 left. Karadjovski made two free-throws for 30:19, before Samardziev scored his third three-pointer – 33:19 The home side led 35:21 with 4.28. Vojdan Stojanovski scored a three-pointer for 38:23 with 3.20 left in the half. Rileco managed to drop the difference down to 38:28 which made Emil Rajkovic take a time-out. That was the score after 20 minutes of play.

made one FT. Radojevic scored 2/2 from the charity stripe, before Samardziev scored a 2 and a 3 in a row to make it 46:31. Darko Sokolov scored a three with the shot clock expiring, and gave Feni a 49:33 lead with 6.13 to go. Martin Marinov answered with a three of his own for 49:36. Ognen Stojanovski and Darko Sokolov scored consecutive three-pointers to give Feni their biggest lead so far – 57:38 with 3.11 left in the third quarter. Vojdan Stojanovski dropped another three for 60:38, before making it 61:38 with 2 minutes left.  After three quarters Feni were up by 22 – 64:42.
 
Rileco managed to decrease it down to 64:44 in the start of the last quarter, before Darko Sokolov scored another three for 67:44. That was followed by a 7:0 run by Rilski, including 5 points from Vladimir Mijovic for 67:51, 7.08 before the end. Ivan Lilov scored a three to make it 67:54, and after that extended the run to 13:0 hitting another three for 67:57. Lilov converted the basket and the foul from long range, scoring his 10th point in a row, decreasing the lead to 67:61. Vojdan Stojanovski scored for 69:61, stopping Rilski’s 17:0 run in the last minutes. Feni went ahead 71:62, but Lilov kept Rilski in the game, scoring another five points – 71:67 with 2.51 to go. Darko Sokolov and Dusan Knezevic scored the next 7 points – 78:67 with 1.54 to go.  Feni had an 80:69 lead with 1.11 left, before Martin Marinov made it 80:72 with 1.01 on the clock.Vojdan Stojanovski made it 82:72, but Stanislav Vaklinov made the basket and the foul on the other side (82:75). The final score was settled at 88:75, which made KK Feni Industries the 2011 EUROHOLD Balkan League champions.   Darko Sokolov scored 22 points for Feni, shooting 6/9 for three points, which made him the 2011 EUROHOLD Balkan League PEPSI Final Four MVP. Dusan Knezevic and Vojdan Stojanovski scored 14 points each, while Goran Samardziev had 13. Jarrid Frye and Slobodan Mihajlovski finished with 11 a piece.
 
Ivan Lilov and Vladimir Mijovic were the only players from Rilski to finish in double digits, scoring respectively 16 and 15.
 
This was Feni′s third participation in the EUROHOLD Balkan League FInal Four, as the previous two times they failed at the semifinals. This time in front of their hometown fans they managed to get the much awaited cup.
