BC Levski announced their first new signings for the upcoming 2011/2012 basketball season. Marcus Hall, a 185-cm tall point guard, is making his comeback to Levski, as he spent the 2008/09 season with Levski, playing in the Bulgarian competitions and in the EUROHOLD Balkan League as well. He spent the last year and a half playing in Turkey. Hall signed a 1-year deal.

"Marcus is coming back to Levski wiser. His qualities are well-known by everybody in Bulgaria. He already knows the club, so it′s an advantage, and he won′t need adaptation again. At first we had some differences regarding the financial part of the contract, but in the end he made an allowance and the contract is a fact." said head coach Titi Papazov.

In 2008/2009 Marcus Hall played in 10 games with Levski in the BIBL. He averaged 20.4 points, 4.7 rebounds, 3.9 assists and 1.4 steals in 35.2 minutes per contest.

Levski also signed with Denis Agre, who most recently practiced with the Bulgaria National Team. Agre is a 204-cm tall forward/center, for whom this will be his first professional deal. He played for Pepperdine University in the NCAA, making over 40 apperances in three seasons. His contract is for two years.

"Agre is a talented player and we think that he has a future with Levski." Titi Papazov said.

There is also an addition to the coaching staff - the strength and conditioning coach Trendafil Terziyski is joining the club, as he is one of the most popular names in this area in Bulgaria.

Stefan Georgiev′s surgery was succesful and he will be ready for playing action in the end of October or the beginning of November.
