Marcel Jones is the new name in KB Bashkimi

Marcel Jones is the new name in KB Bashkimi. The American born in Los Angeles has joined the team and will help in their season in SIGAL-UNIQA Balkan League and in Kosovo.   Jones started the season in Biella and played four games in Italian Seria A2 averaging 6.5 points and 5.3 rebounds.   Last season Jones played for Akhisar in the Turkish league averaging 13.2 points and 8.4 rebounds in 28 games.   Jones already has experience in the Balkan League playing for Zrinski Mostar in season 2011/2012. In 9 games he averaged 15.2 points, 13.0 rebounds and 2.2 steals.   Jones already played one game for Bashkimi in the local league. It was against Peja when he scored 20 point. Interestingly enough his debut for Bashkimi in BIBL will be tomorrow against Peja in a group B game.
