Domestic leagues: Kozuv defeated Kumanovo again, Feni had no problems away

KK Kozuv registered a second home win over KK Kumanovo 2009 in just a few days. After winning the BIBL game on Thursday, the Gevgelija team took also the Macedonian league clash on Saturday winning 80-69. 

The hosts did very well in the second period when they increased their lead to 10 points. After 30 minutes it reached 15 and Kozuv controlled the game in the last quarter.

Milivoje Mijovic had a great match for the winners finishing with 23 points and 15 rebounds. Kenyon McNeail added 16 points and 8 assists while Lary Hall had 16 points. Yonel Brown was the top scorer for Kumanovo with 22 points as Danilo Mijatovic and Miladin Pekovic had 11 points apiece.

MKK Feni Industries had a relatively easy game beating Ohrid 83-62 away. The Kavadarci team won all four quarters of the match and never really had any problems.

Matija Ceshkovic was the top scorer for the winners with 21 points as Branislav Djekic had 14 and 15 rebounds.

After nine round Feni is first in the standings with 8 wins and 1 loss. Kumanovo is third with 6-3 record while Kuzov follows in fourth with 5-4.
