Teodo: We can still advance to the semifinals

KK Teodo cut a 18-point deficit and managed to keep its chance to advance to the semifinals of SIGAL-UNIQA Balkan League, regardless the defeat from MKK Feni Industries, 97-100, in Kavadarci in Game 1 of the competition quarterfinals. 

“The players of Feni were really motivated today. They scored 18 three-point shots, and it shows how hard was this match for us. We showed character, we got back into the game after a 18-point deficit, we lost by only 3 points, and that is a great result for us. Now everyone think that we will win against Feni at Tivat, but Feni showed this season that they can play on high level as guests, they are really experinced team, so we are expecting interesting match, which could be decided by one or two shots”, the assistant coach of KK Teodo Rajko Krivokapic, said. 

“We knew that it was going to be a really tough game in Kavadarci. Feni scored a lot from beyond the arc, and that was something that we did not expect, but at the end, it was not a bad result and we still have a chance, which is the most important thing for us”, added the 25-year-old guard of Teodo, Miroslav Damjanovic.
