Big win for Levski Lukoil against Tirana

BC Levski Lukoil finally won in BIBL in 2018. The team had absolutely no problem at home against SK Tirana and took an easy 105-52 victory. That result gives Levski a 4-5 record and now the team will rest until March. The Albanians on the other side will travel to Samokov to play Rilski Sportist on Thursday.

As the game started 6-4 Levski then made a 9-2 run to go up by 9 points. From that moment The Blues never stopped increasing the lead as they were much more aggressive and motivated on the court. Tirana scored 13 points in each of the four quarters and it was natural to lose by such a big difference.

The home side shot 72% for 2 points having made 29 out of 40 attempts. They were also perfect from the free throw line making all 17 shots. 

Justin Knox dominated under the basket and had 28 points and 6 rebounds for the winners. Pavlin Ivanov was the second best scorer with 15 points as Veselin Veselinov added 14.

Endrit Hysenagolli was again on top for Tirana with 16 points and 6 rebounds as Charles Strowbridge had 12.
