KK Ibar forfeited Tirana game

KK Ibar forfeited the game at Tirana last week and is handed 0-20 loss against SK Tirana, plus financial penalty.

That desecion has been made by SIGAL-UNIQA Balkan League Board after checking all the documents, emails and other information concerning the game 45 which played last week on 13.03.2018.

The investigation found that KK Ibar used in game 45 SK Tirana vs KK Ibar non-registered coach and player.

The coach of KK Ibar, Rodovic Milan and player No 14 Dabetic Vukman participate in game 45 SK Tirana vs KK Ibar not according to the official regulations of the league. They were never registered in the official roster of the club, they never received any confirmation to be in the official list of the team.

The commissioner of the game informed about the problem KK Ibar Secretary General Kalic Faruk but the answer of him was that we in BIBL made mistake and sent to the commissioner the wrong roster and insisted that the team will use the player No 14 and the coach for the game.

The documents including the official team rosters of KK Ibar were done on 01.03.2018 after the club sent to the mail request for changing players and the last day for changing the team roster was 08.03.2018.

The club presented after the game copy of scoresheet from the Montenegro junior league presumably requesting that the BIBL used it as a document which proved that the players was register legal.

The regulations of each organization, Federation or league has the purpose to make order and to protect the clubs and the organization. No one has the rights to ignore or to do whatever they like and not to respect and follow the regulations. During the last 9 seasons the league has been working with full cooperation with all the federations keeping the regulations and rules for the benefits of the clubs, league and federations and it will continue like this in the future.

After checking all the facts and documents it is clear that KK Ibar did not respect the official regulations of the league and the league will act according the official regulations of the league:

The result of the game will be cancel and it will be 20 : 00 to SK Tirana without points to KK Ibar and addition all the financial penalty.
