Bulgarian side Euroins Cherno More had to win the game in Brasov versus CSU Cuadripol in order to get to the next round. Team from Varna won by two points on Julian Radionov last second shot to eliminate Romanians and in the same time to reach quarterfinal stage. Bulgarians even had a chance to get above Macedonian champions Feni Industries at the standing in Group A of the league. However they needed 14 points win but managed only 9 at the end. That put them at the third place and set up a game against Fersped Rabotnicki in the quarterfinals.
Since the arriving of coach Predrag Badnjarevic Euroins Cherno More have only victories no matter in which competition they play – Eurohold Balkan League, local championships or Cup of Bulgaria.
