Levski stayed second, Cherno More and Rilski with losses

Levski won a fourth consecutive win in Bulgarian NBL. The "blues" had some problems in the first half but the second forced dominance and won 99-75 over Chernomorets in Burgas. However, Levski started the game with 4-0 run, and led almost the entire first quarter. The strong play of the hosts in the second period allowed them to take the lead and to stay ahead by 2 points at the half-time - 43-41. After the break Levski started to play stronger in the offense and in the end of the third quarter were ahead by 11 points, lead which the "blues" inscreased tothe end. In the last part of the game guests have left no doubt about
their superiority.
Donald Cole was the most efficient as he finished with 29 points in only 25 minutes on the court. Aaron Harper scored 16, while Stefan Georgiev added 14 points and 8 rebounds for Levski. Bruce Brown finished with 15 points and 9 boards, formerLevski players Dwayne Morton and Martin Durchev scored 16 in the losing effort.
In "Diana" hall in Yambol, the team of the same name took a second consecutive win in NBL, this time over the visiting team over Euroins Cherno More. The hosts led throughout the game and finally beat the "sailors" with 90-85 and
climbed to fifth position in the NBL. Guests showed extraordinary sight of the area for three points as
realize all 13 triples, which was almost half their points in the game.
Overall they had a better shooting percentage, grabbed more rebounds, but prevented 20 turnovers versus only 8 of their
opponents. Yambol even stole 15 balls against only 5 for Cherno More, which was
an important factor in the match.
Yambol started the game very concentrated and after the initial 2-2, they made a 16-0 scoring run and took the lead 18-2. The second quarter started with two quick threes Eric Web within 20 seconds, reduce the gap of 9 points. The hosts showed more organized game and quickly returned the lead to get it to 18 points just three minutes before halftime. Decisive fourth quarter began at 71-63. Yambol showed good game again, led their opponent to admit some turnovers, and quite
within took difference of 10-13 points. After three consecutive three-pointers from Cherno More, Yambol lead only with 5 points, 2.22 minutes before the end of the game. In the remaining time Yambol showed strong nerves and did not allow a twist.
Ex-player of KK Feni Industries Zlatko Gocevski was the most valuable, finishing with 15 points and 9 boards. Leven Belberov added 15, while Radionov 13 for the winners. Eric Webb poured 21 points and made 5 assists, Alexander Yanev scored 20 for Euroins Cherno More. In a interesting game in Samokov, local side Rilski Sportist lost against visiting Balkan Botevgrad with a score of 74:80. The game started better for Rilski, who took advantage of Balkan`s poor shooting in the first half and at halftime were leading 42:38. In the third period, Balkan got back in the game, cutting the difference to only 1 point before the final quarter. In the fourth, the team, coached by Aleksandar Todorov`s former assistant - Petar Klechkov, totally turned things around and deservedly got the 74:80 win. Simeon Naydenov finally played a good game for Rilski, but his 22 points weren`t enough. Travis Peterson had 12 points and 13 boards, and Bogdan Boev and Georgi Davidov had 10 points each, but Davidov also grabbed 10 rebounds. For Balkan Atanas Radev led his side with 25 points, while former Rilski Sportist player Ivan Lilov added 17.
