LukoilAcademic maintained unbeaten, after smashing the young team of Cherno
More. For the participants in the EUROHOLD Balkan League, Pavels Veselovs finally played a good game, scoring 20 points. Vasil Kyosev and Tihomir Zhelev had 14 each.
Yambol - Rilski Sportist 81:76
 
Another tough loss for Rilski Sportist, who surely are hoping that Lamont Jones
will bring a change for them. 27 points for Sasho Gruev, and 16 for Simeon Naydenov, who came off the bench. Bogdan Boev added 12.
 
Spartak Pleven - Levski 100:105 (after OT)
 
The most dramatic game of the round. Spartak was close to making the
sensation, but Levski still won. Great comeback for Hrisimir Dimitrov
who had 29 points, 7 rebounds and 4 assists. Joe Kennerly had 20, and
Rob Preston - 19. Aaron Harper had 30 for Levski, while Donald Cole
finished with 29. Bobby Frasor had 16, 7 rebounds and 6 assists.
 
Macedonia:
 
Feni Industries - Pelister 92:69
 
Feni are getting ready for the home game against Spartak and warmed up with
a big win. James Life and Bojan Trajkovski both had 20 points, while Slobodan Mihajlovski and Goran Samardziev had 10 points each, as Samardziev added 9 assists.
 
Vardar Osiguruvanje - Rabotnicki 103:102
 
Tough loss for Rabotnicki. Enes Hadzibulic led Dokuzovski`s team with 31
points, and Darko Sokolov added 24. Gjorgji Cekovski finished with
"just" 21. Dimitar Mirakovski only had 8, but added 8 assists.
 
Montenegro:
 
Lovcen - Mogren 108:64
 
After this big win, Lovcen remained on the top of the league, with five wins and just one loss, while Mogren are 2-4.
 
Mornar - Danilovgrad 86:85
 
Areally dramatic and close win for the other participant in BIBL -
Mornar. THat was win number 3 for them, as they find themselves on the fifth place with a balance of 3-3.
 
Romania:
 
Gaz Metan - Timisoara 73:68
 
Not a big win for Gaz Metan, but still a win. The team from Medias still
remains on the second spot in the ranking, with 10-1 and a game less.
 
Oradea - Steaua 98:69
 
Steaua continue to struggle, and they still can`t find the right way as we
see. A heavy loss, almost 30 points of difference, and they find themselves on 11th place, with 4 wins and 7 losses.
 
Serbia:
 
Borac - KK Metalac 82:79
 
A close game, and a loss for KK Metalac. 15 points for Vladimir Panic and
Nenad Stefanovic, while Stefan Bircevic had 10. The captain Dragomir Marojevic finished with 11. KK Metalac are now fourth with 6-2.
 
OKK Beograd - Tamis 87:70
 
OKK Beograd continue to impress. The team`s latest addition Aleksandar Micovic impressed with 18 points. Nikola Korac added 15, while Branko Andzic scored 11. Dragan Mitrovic had 12 for the team`s win number 8. OKK are second with a balance of 8-1.
