Feni Industries lost away from home at "Pionir" Hall in Beograd against thelocal side OKK Beograd in the fifth round of the EUROHOLD Balkan League with the final score of 91:89. For the guest it was second dramatic lost by 2 points this season, after they were defeated by Levski in the opening game with 90-88.
The game started better for the Macedonian team and they controled it in the almost entire game. After five minutes on the court and some great plays from Dusan Knezevic and Bojan Trajkovski, Feni led by 8 - 16-8. Emil Rajkovic squad continued to increased their lead and the first quarter finished 17-27. The second period began with successful three pointers for both teams, young Serbian team tried to reduce the trail but Feni managed to save their lead. The break came to 35-44.
In the third quarter the picture on the field was the same. Macedonian team didn`t allow their opponent to shorten the difference and 58 seconds before the end
of the period Feni had a comfortable 12 point lead. Six consecutive points by Andzic, three pointer, layp up and free throw set the score to 64-70 after 30 minutes of play. Fourth period started with 11-2 record for the guest, and 6:35 before the end of the game KK Feni noted down their biggest lead 68-81. In the remaining time Macedonian squad couldn`t score and OKK took another thriller home victory 91-89.
Kruscic and Lepojevic finished with 18 points each for OKK, while Nikola Korac added 11. Dusan Knezevic was the most efficient player in the game with 26 points and 9 rebounds but it is not enough for Feni. Bosko Jovoviv ended with 17 points for Emil Rajkovic side.
