Spartak is finally showing that they can do a lot better than how they performed so far, and they got a really needed win in the last round of the NBL for 2009, by smashing Yambol 91:71. Iliya Stankov and Joe Kennerly were the top scorers with 22 points each, while Hrisi Dimitrov added 12. Rob Preston who had suspicions about broken nose after the BIBL game with Steaua had 11 and Cvetoslab Ostrev finished with 10.
 
Euroins Cherno More - Rilski Sportist 96:93
 
The champions of the EUROHOLD Balkan League lost a game they could`ve easily won, but can only blame themselves for the turnaround they allowed Euroins Cherno More to do in the second half. Eric Webb had 21 points and 9 assists, and Simeon Tsenov added 20 and 10 rebounds. Aleksandar Yanev finished with 14, while Krum Doychinov scored 13, and Vasil Kyosev came off the bench with 23. For Rileco, Travis Peterson scored 25, and the captain Aleksandar Gruev had 15 and 8 assists. David Burgess and Georgi Davidov had 11 each, while Simo Naydenov scored 13.

The team of Gaz Metan isn`t in their best shape obviously, after they suffered a defeat by 12 points from Tures. Four of Bruno Soce`s players scored in double digits, but that wasn`t enough.Deven Mitchell had 17, while Jarrett Howell added 15. Titus Nicoara had a double-double with 13 points and 11 boards, and Tudor Dumitrescu finished with 11 points.
 
CSA Steaua Turabo - Gladiator CN 91:77
 
Steaua achieved a home win against Gladiator CN after a fabolous performance by Dragoslav Papic. The Serbian forward scored 31 points and grabbed 16 rebounds. Ronald Timus finished with 19 points, while Monty Mack added 16.
