Pizza Express Primetel Apollon announced signing of Nikola Lepojevic. The 27-year old, 199cm tall player is coming to Cyprus from the Serbian outfit OKK Beograd. He appeared 6 times in Balkan league this season averaging 20.2 points, 4.2 rebounds and 2.5 assists. In Serbian top division he added 13.6 ppg, 2.8 rpg and 1.9 apg in 17 appearances. Before Beograd, Nikola Lepojevic spent season 2008/09 with the Russian team Universitet-Yugra Surgut. He appeared 27 times in A Superleague registering 11.4 ppg, 3 rpg and 1.7 apg. In Play-Out, Lepojevic exploded with 16.5 ppg and 3.5 in four games. In 2007/08 he was a member of Khimik-OPZ Yuzny and later Polpak Swiecie. Lepojevic also has experience from Greece as he played for GS Larissa and AEL Larissa. In his first season in Greece (2005/06), Lepojevic had 4.9 ppg and 1.7 rpg in 26 games. After that, with AEL Larissa he slightly improved to 5.8 ppg and 1.7 rpg for 15 appearances. In the past, he also was a member of Crvena Zvezda Beograd, OKK Beograd and Sloga Kraljevo.
