Since the classification of the teams in the group phase of the EUROHOLD Balkan League is done according to the Official FIBA Basketball Rules from 2008, Appendix "D" - Classification of teams, here are the final standings in Group A of the League.
EUROHOLD Balkan League 2009/2010 Group A, Final Standings  
  1. Lovcen Cetinje (5-3) 13 points
  2. Euroins Cherno More (5-3) 13 
  3. KK Metalac Valjevo (5-3) 13
  4. Rilski Sportist Samokov (4-4) 12
  5. Rabotnicki Skopje (1-7) 9 points
The first four teams go through to the next phase, and will play against the first four teams in the other group.
