Press conference after Levski - Euroins Cherno More

Press conference after Levski - Euroins Cherno More

Here is what the participants in the after game conference - Simeon Tsenov, Daniel Dimitrov and Konstantin Papazov said to the media.

Simeon Tsenov (Euroins Cherno More captain): "Congratulations
to Levski, I wish them Luck, we’re Bulgarians and the title should stay here.
In the first half we played good in defense, but we didn`t get to continue our good play in the second half, and after all we lost tonight."

Daniel Dimitrov (Euroins Cherno More head coach) : "I’m very sad after this
loss, because we played good and stayed good in the first half, despite all the
turnovers we made. In the third period we allowed Harper to score 12 points in
a row, and that settled things up. I expected more from some of the players,
our problem came when Gary Ware fouled out, but we turned out playing with five
not that tall players, after things didn’t work out with the other big men that
stepped up for Gary."

Konstantin Papazov (Levski head coach): "We were
worried about today’s game, because I think that Varna’s win last week wasn’t just luck. I
think that Euroins Cherno More is the Bulgarian team with the biggest potential
and future. It’s just a matter of time for all their young players to become
key players in Bulgarian basketball. I think that in the decisive moments,
turnovers by them let us take control of the game. I really hope that our fans
will support us on Thursday, because we will write history if we bring a cup
from a European competition in Levski’s cup case."
