Slavonski Brod will participate in the EUROHOLD Balkan League

Today at the EUROHOLD Balkan League Board Meeting in Sofia, it became clear the name of the Croatian expansion team that will join the BIBL in the upcoming 2010/2011 season.   Svjetlost Slavonski Brod will become part of the EUROHOLD Balkan League next season. In the new participant, many people might see an ideal participant in the BIBL, since they rely on young local players, and the idea of the competition is exactly the development of young and talented players.   The club was founded in 1946, and they play their home games in SD Brod Hall. This season, the players` average age is 21 years and their average height is 1.96.
