1.      Croatia was accepted as official member.
The team for season 2010-2011 is “Svjetlost Slavonski Brod” from the city of Slavonski Brod.

2.      The system remains the same, i.e. –
2 groups of 6 teams each. Only in the Quarterfinal round – best of 3, instead
of 2 games at point-difference.

3.      Eleonora Rangelova from Bulgaria
received the task to clarify the situation with the eligibility of players and
the transfer periods in each Federation. As member of the FIBA Europe Law
Commission, she will make investigation about the transfer periods in each
country and then will formulate the exact text of this paragraph.

4.      The member Federations have to give
officially the names of their representatives for season 2010-2011 until 10^th June 2010.

5.      The non-international referees who
do not attend the pre-clinic taking place in Samokov, Bulgaria
15-20 June 2010 will not be nominated in the next season of the competition.

6.      The 3 Board meetings next season
will not take place in Bulgaria.
The exact location for each one will be determined in a later period of time.

7.      Each gym MUST be equipped with
strong i-net connection in order to have all the games broadcast LIVE in the
internet space. Slow connections will not be tolerated and the clubs will be
penalized.

8.      All teams together with their
Federation are responsible to provide TV LIVE broadcast of every game. Even
local broadcasters are going to be accepted.

9.      Season 2010-2011 the main sponsor of
BIBL remains EUROHOLD as well. Therefore the name continues to be EUROHOLD
BIBL.

10.  The schedule and the detailed
information will be officially announced and published in June.
