Levski with the silver in Bulgaria

The 2010 EUROHOLD Balkan League champions, Levski Sofia failed to achieve a treble, after winning the BIBL and the Bulgarian Cup, as they lost to Lukoil Academic 3-1 in the NBL Final Series.   Tonight, in Universiada Hall, Levski lost 71:89, and with that Lukoil won their 8th consecutive championship in Bulgaria. Aaron Harper scored 21 points for Levski, while Pero Antic had 19 for Lukoil Academic.   The only BIBL participant left with remaining games in their home country is KK Metalac Valjevo. Last night they suffered a heavy loss against Crvena Zvezda - 92:65 away from home. Ivan Maras scored 20 points for Metalac, while Elmedin Kikanovic had 15 for Zvezda.   In the next round, Metalac are facing Borac.
