Bosnia & Herzegovina in the EUROHOLD BIBL next season

Bosnia & Herzegovina sent an official letter to the EUROHOLD Balkan League, asking for the registration of KK Zrinjski Mostar as a participant in the BIBL for the upcoming 2010/2011 season.   Now, after the request has been proceeded to the league office, all the federations of the currently participating countries - Bulgaria, Croatia, Macedonia, Montenegro, Romania and Serbia will have to confirm the participation of the Bosnian team and the country becoming a full member of the EUROHOLD Balkan League.   KK Zrinjski Mostar finished sixth in the Bosnian League in the current 2009/2010 season. The team relies mostly on local players, along with Serbian, Montenegrin and Croatian players as well. In its history, the club has participated three times in the semifinals of the Bosnian Cup, and two times in the League semifinals.
