Non-international referees camp next week in Samokov

The biggest non-international basketball referees camp will be held next week in Samokov, Bulgaria - from 15.06 until 20.06.   In the camp, participants are going to be 55 non-international referees, along with 10 instructors. There will be participants not only from the countries, which have teams in the league, but also from Greece, Saudi Arabia, Japan, Russia, England, Norway, Tunisia, Austria, Germany, Ukraine.   The instructors will include Shay Shtriks and Kamen Toshev, respectively the Sports Director and the Competition Manager of the BIBL, both of them ex FIBA referees and current commisioners, along with William Jones, Alan Richardson and Gjorgi Piperkov.   All of the referees, from the Balkan countries, who perform good and receive good grades during the camp will officiate games from the EUROHOLD Balkan League during the 2010/2011 season.
