Feni Industries won Friendly tournament, beat Rilski Sportist in the final KK Feni Industries

         Feni Industries has started the preseason on a winning note after managing to finish first in the Friendly Tournament organized by BC Torus. First they have beaten MZT Skopje 82-72 in the Semifinals, which has set up the matchup against Bulgarian outfit Rilski Sportist. The team from Samokov managed to overcome hosting Torus in the Semis 75-71. Start of the match did not spell good for Feni Industries as Rilski players have opened the game better. After one quarter of play, Bulgarian team was up 18-23. Feni players seemed to have awakened in second period as they have regained their scoring touch. They managed to tie the game and then went on the run, which gave them their first lead in this match. At the
halftime, the score stood at 46-41. After the break, Feni players continued where they left off in the second period. They increased defensive pressure, which enabled them easy transition opportunities. They reached their first double-digit advantage by the end of the third as they were up 67-53. In the final 10 minutes, Rilski players looked like they are just waiting for the final buzzer. They were not able to
mount any serious comeback attempt, so Feni took advantage of this and increased its lead further. In the end, Macedonians celebrated a deserved 93-67 win.      Jarrid Frye led the winning as he scored 18 points. Dusan Knezevic and Slobodan Mihajlovski were also good in this game as they chipped in 15 points apiece in this game. For Rilski Sportist, Ivan Lilov poured in 22 points. He was followed by Dragomir Marojevic who added 12, as well as Atanas Radev and Bogdan Boev who scored 10 points each.
