Mornar Bar wants to upgrade its roster with the addition of experienced Montenegrin player Vlado Scepanovic. According to the Montenegrin media, they already negotiate about the transfer, which will be one of the biggest transfer movement during the summer transfer window in Montenegro.

Vlado Scepanovic is a product of Buducnost Podgorica, where he started as a teenager. After seven years with the club he moved to Efes Pilsen Istanbul in 2000. In 2001, Scepanovic moved to the Serbian powerhouse Partizan Belgrade averaging 19.7 ppg, 1.9 rpg and 1.8 apg for them in 14 Euroleague games. It was enough for getting the contract with the Italian outfit Skipper Fortitudo Bologna, with whom he reached the Italian Finals. In 2003, Scepanovic returned to Partizan Belgrade and next year joined Panathinaikos Athens. In 2006, he moved to PAOK Thessaloniki and was one of their key players with 15.4 ppg, 1.8 rpg and 2.2 apg for 25 games in A1. From 2007-2009 Vlado Scepanovic played for Spanish team CB Granada. Last summer he signed a deal with Murcia, but they failed to survive in ACB. For 30 games with them, Scepanovic collected 7.7 ppg, 1.8 rpg and 1.7 apg.

Vlado Scepanovic won many trophies and personal awards in his career. He was the Yugoslavian champion three times, Turkish Cup winner once, Greek league champion twice and Greek National Cup winner two times. Scepanovic is active member of the Montenegrin National Team.
