BC Mures tip off with a win in Romania

BC Mures, one of the newcomers in the EUROHOLD Balkan League for 2010-2011 started off their season in Romania with a win. The Tigers had a good start in their run for the Cup of Romania, defeating U-Mobitelco Cluj Napoca 82:68.   JuJuan Cooley and Gytas Sirutavicius had 21 points each, as Sirutavicius added 7 rebounds. Alekasndar Mladenovic had a double-double with 13 points and 11 rebounds, and Eddie Barlow Mayfield added 13 points and 7 assists.   BC Mures are starting their participation in the EUROHOLD Balkan League on 13.10 with a game at home against the 2009 champions Rilski Sportist. The other teams in their group are Balkan Botevgrad, Mornar Bar and Feni Industries.
