Opinions of the coaches after Brod-Svjetlost - OKK

Here are the opinions of the two head-coaches after the opening game of the EUROHOLD Balkan League between KK Brod-Svjetlost and OKK Beograd, won by the visitors from Beograd.
Marko Icelic (OKK Beograd): I really think that the organization by the home side and the BIBL was great, and there was a great basketball atmosphere in Dvorana Vijus. We started the game bad, we were shooting bad, and played bad defense in the first half, but after the break we changed for good. Slavko Stefanovic was the key to our success today, as notice that he has only been with our club for 5 days. Stefanovic is only with us until he receives an offer from abroad, but I hope he stays long on the team.   Igor Kovacevic (KK Brod-Svjetlost): We played friendlies with teams similar to OKK Beograd and their way of play, but as we saw today we didn learn anything from those games. We have to be consistent all game long in order to win. We broke in psychological point of view, we missed important free-throws. But Im partially happy, as this is a comeback for KK Brod-Svjetlost to European club competitions after 12 years.
