HKK Zrinjski signed with young prospective

HKK Zrinjski is very active these days and has announced arrival of another reinforcement. The Bosnian outfit reached an agreement with talented Filip Petrovic. The 18-year-old forward is touted as one of Bosnias most promising players. He has spent past several seasons in Slovenia where he has been developing his game. Filipovic has put signature to a one-year deal, but the financial details were not disclosed. Filipovic will be making his professional debut with Zrinjski. He is expected to be given the opportunity to develop his game, which is one of the most
important reasons why he signed with the club.
Filip Petrovic spent two seasons with Union Olimpija Ljubljana starting from 2007. He developed his game each year and is regarded one of the most exciting Bosnian prospects. At the start of last season, he moved to Merkator Skofija Loka, where he also played for junior team. FIlipovic has so far represented Bosnia at U16 and U18 level. In 2008, he played at the U16 European Championships in Bosnia. In 9 games, Filipovic has posted averages of 9.4 points and 4.1 rebounds per match. In 2010, Filipovic took participation at the Nike Euroleague Junior Tournament. There he
impressed after averaging 15.0 points and 3.0 rebounds in 3 matches that he appeared in.
