OKK Beograd acquired Vujadin Subotic

OKK Beograd continues to be active on the transfer market in the begining of the new season. After adding Slavko Stefanovic last week, Marko Icelic strenghtened his squad with the addition of experienced forward Vujadin Subotic.
Vujadin Subotic was born on 18 December 1981 in Kotor, Montenegro. He tall 198 cm and can play shooting guard, but as well can switch to the forward position due to his good size.
In his career so far he has played in Olimpia Ljubljana (2001/02) where he participated in the Euroleague and the Adriatic League, before moving to KK Crvena Zvezda Belgrade in 2004, . He had a short stay in New Yorker Phantoms Braunschweig, before moving back to to Crvena Zvezda After that he joined ALBA Berlin. He moved to Cyprus to play for Proteas EKA AEL, before switching teams and joining Keravnos Nicosia for the 2009/10 campaign.
His best season definitely was 2006/07 when in 32 games for Braunschweig in the BBL he averaged 11 points, 3 rebounds and 1.8 assists, along with 1.1 steals per contest.
