Feni set to take on Mornar Bar Feni and Mornar meet again

KK Feni Industries start the new year in the EUROHOLD Balkan League with some new additions, and of course as always - high ambitions. Another new fact for the team from Kavadarci is that they will have new jersey colours - white at home and black on the road.

Emil Rajkovic′s squad opens up te 2010/2011 BIBL season with a game from Group B against KK Mornar Bar. Both teams already have some experience in the league, as Feni is for the third straight year a key participant, while this  is Mornar′s second season in the BIBL.

Another interesting fact is that both teams faced each other last year as well, in th group stage of the BIBL, as Feni won both games - 69:88 in Bar and 85:69 at home in Jasmin Hall.

Feni parted ways with Bojan Trajkovski and James Life, but added Macedonian national Vojdan Stojanovski, brother of the team current point guard Ognen Stojanovski. Dime Tasovski is another well-known name on the Balkans, but new on the team. The other new addition is American Jarrid Frye. The team was also left by sharp shooter Vlado Popovic, but Vojdan Stojanovski is ready to step up for him.

KK Mornar Bar went through a lot last season, and despite going out of their group and playing in the quarterfinals, they had some issues with players coming in and out all season long. This season, Djordje Pavicevic is going to rely completely on local talent, as the only exception is the American point guard Lance Sullivan. There were rumours about Montenegrin star Vlado Scepanovic joining the club, but there is nothing official.

The game tips off at 18.00 local time in Jasmin Hall in Kavadarci, Macedoni and can be followed on the EUROHOLD Balkan League website LIVE Games section.
