After all the games of Round 1 of the EUROHOLD Balkan League group stage have been played, here is what the stats say. Despite Ivan Lilov scoring the winning basket and giving Rilski Sportist their first win of the year, Aleksandar Mladenovic of BC Mures is the MVP of Round 1.
 
The 207-cm tall Serbian scored 31 points (13/18 2 PTS, 0/1 3 PTS, 5/5 2 PTS) along with 7 rebounds, 1 assist, 3 steals, 1 turnover and 1 foul in 34 minutes of play, to get an efficiency rating of 35.
 
He is followed by Ivan Lilov (Rilski Sportist), Jason Forte (BC Mures) and Stefan Georgiev (BC Levski) as those three have efficiency of 24 each.
 
Lance Sullivan of KK Mornar Bar was the best sixth man in Round 1. The American guard came off the bench in his team′s 100:106 win away from home against Feni and in 25 minutes scored 18 points (1/4 for 2, 4/5 for 3, 4/4 for 1) along with 3 rebounds, 4 assists, 1 steal, 2 fouls and 1 turnover for a rating of 21. He is followed by Slobodan Mihajlovski (KK Feni) and Radovan Pesic (KK Mornar) who have efficiency of 15 each, and Stanislav Slaveykov of Levski with 14.
 
Aleksandar Mladenovic (BC Mures) was the best scorer with 31 points, followed by Ivan Lilov (BC Rilski Sportist), Bosko Jovovic (KK Feni)  and Iven Jelenic (KK Mornar) with 19 points each. 
 
Levski′s Stefan Georgiev was the best rebounder with 15 rebounds. Filip Vukicevic and Ljubo Samadan (KK Brod-Svjetlost), Radoje Djurkovic (KK Ulcinj) and Jason Forte (BC Mures) had 9 each.
 
The best passer of the round was Rilski Sportist′s Ivan Lilov with 10 assists, followed by Feni′s captain Goran Samardziev with 8 and Jason Forte of BC Mures with 7.
 
Note: We are not taking into consideration the performance of OKK′s Slavko Stefanovic vs Brod as he is no longer with the team.
